At Lenify Mobile Therapeutics, we are committed to providing high-quality mobile massage and stretching services, as well as any products we may sell. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for services, packages, and products. By booking or purchasing from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Services (Massage & Stretching Sessions)

Completed sessions are non-refundable. Once a service has been provided, payment is final.

To respect your time and ours, we require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made with less than a 24-hour notice may be subject to a late cancellation fee (70% of the service cost).

Missed appointments (“no-shows”) may be charged the full-service fee.

If we must cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
Packages & Prepaid Sessions

Prepaid packages or session bundles are refundable within 72 hours of purchase, provided no sessions have been used.

Once a package has been started, the unused portion is non-refundable. However, at our discretion, we may issue a credit toward future services if special circumstances apply.

Packages cannot be transferred or shared unless approved in advance.
Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

Please allow up to 3-5 business days for processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.

We do not provide cash refunds for credit card purchases.
Exceptions & Special Circumstances
Refunds or fee waivers may be granted at our discretion in cases such as:

Medical emergencies that prevent you from safely receiving services.

Scheduling or billing errors made on our part.

Other extenuating circumstances, reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
